The power of the solar plexus does not really lie in whether we cover it or not. In fact, we cover it every day by wearing clothes. Because of the way our bodies are designed, we often have no option but to cover the spot where the solar plexus is as part of our daily movements. The emphasis is more on how we choose to express the power of the solar plexus in what we think and do. There is a whole spectrum of behaviour that relates to this, from being a complete control freak, to taking responsibility for your life, to denying all responsibility for your life and handing all control over to someone else.
