It is we tarot game players who are doing the most to get the general public to accept these cards into our culture. Tarot publishers who present tarot as only for divination are in the way of these progressive goals. If we are to get past the notion that tarot cards are sinful, then we must recognize that the symbolism is rooted in Catholicism and that people also play real card games with tarot. The presention of tarot cards as something only to be used for divination stereotypes the culture of people and is damaging to progress.</description>
