Hello and thank you for your thoughts on zenophobia..it made me think of some thoughts I had yesterday when hearing about the aweful conditions in the camps for these victims as well as the victims of the recent floods in the Cape. If we truly realised we are all one, what is holding us back from opening up our homes to these people or the children at least? What is more, the Cape is filled with holiday homes owned by people living all over the world and are empty for 11 months of the year! These homes occupy precious space on prime land which doesn’t get flooded! Heavenforbid if we asked anyone to open up their seldom use dwelling to these people. what would happen? They might decide they like it there and we would never be able to get rid of them! They will burn the place down by makeing fires on the livingroom floor, I hear them say. Well I DARE SOMEONE to give it a try!Come to think of it , what is stopping any of us????
