I have written a book on how to end a relationship and still feel good about yourself. This book is aimed at people who are stuck in a dead-end relationship, and people who are still being haunted by a past marriage or relationship that they cannot shake off.
All you need to do to earn a FREE copy of another e-book called “The Relationship is Over”, is to go to goo.gl/s2BYN and complete a survey that will only take a minute.
Please spread the word among friends who may need the book. And thank you for your help.
I was raised in a society and culture where the Bible is often worshipped unintentionally and where organized religion is regarded as the only viable option. To this day I have to count my words when I speak to people I have grown up with about the work I do and my beliefs. Many times I am tolerated because they love me, and I have to tolerate and keep quiet because I love them.
I often get cross-questioned and then receive support from the most unlikely quarters. Imagine my surprise when I recently spoke to a religious friend who questioned me about the meaning of a dream. I explained the nature of time in the simplest terms, and provided the meaning of some of the person’s dreams.
That same night the person dreamt about encountering a non-poisonous reptile lying belly up.
The next morning we drove out and saw some cow herds throwing stones at an ant hill. My friend got quite excited because this could only mean that they encountered a snake – which he immediately related to his dream.
It turned out that the reptile was a large salamander – and I did not have my camera with me! When the ant hill was destroyed, the salamander was laying there, belly up and ostensibly dead. But then I saw its tongue flickering and it was clear that it was still alive. I learned that salamanders are known for “playing dead” until things were safe again.
The dream was a prophetic dream, in other words one of those where you first have an experience in a different dimension, and then you have the same experience in this dimension. We are not our bodies. We use our bodies to house our spirits in our waking moments. Our spirits are free to roam whenever and wherever we want, and then to return to the container of our bodies so that we can “wake up”. This makes it possible for us to ostensibly have experiences before they occur.
This dream proved that it is important to take note of dreams and meaning, because dreams speak to us in a language that cannot be denied. What we experience in dreams is often a fore-runner of what we are bound to experience in life. We can choose to ignore it, or we can accept the language of dreams and make our waking life easier.
I once dreamt about being in a room where a knotted rope, like a gallows, was hanging from the ceiling. A few days later I visited someone who had that exact knotted rope hanging from the ceiling in his room. In my ignorance I thought that the dream identified the ideal man to me. It did not take me long to figure out that that not only was the dream a warning, but the knotted rope and the connection to the gallows were symbolic of the relationship that followed.
I am often surprised when religious people tell me that the interpretation of dreams is wrong and you should not take note of the meaning of dreams and apply them to your life. Religious scriptures are full of references to dreams, but for some reason fear took over and the interpretation of dreams has become a “sinful” practice in some circles.
When religious people approach me with “Please don’t tell anybody but please explain the meaning of a dream that I had” I meet them where they are and provide the explanation. They can “play dead” as much as they want, but I always recognize their true nature and I respond with Love and respect for their own level of recognition.

Do you know where your relationship with your inner self is seated in your body? I am always interested in how people’s words and actions give away their views about themselves and their world.
I recently checked in for an international flight – economy class, which I will probably use even if I can afford business class. Most airlines give you the same value for money in both classes anyway, with a few added token gestures that relate more to the ego of the passenger than the service offered.
Behind me in the queue was a woman that I can safely describe as morbidly obese. I was in my own world and not even aware of her until she asked me why I did not have my luggage wrapped in plastic for additional security. Of course I can say to some people that security is an expectation and attitude rather than a roll of plastic and that I prefer using my angels for protection. She was not one of those people.
This was an early check-in with only one queue, and she did not enjoy having to wait behind me, since she was flying business class. She was going to insist on having her luggage wrapped for free, because “people steal” and after all, she “was entitled” to this additional service. The airline did not offer or pay for the wrapping service, but she did not care.
This woman was an excellent example of control that is centred in the base chakra. A chakra is a spinning energy wheel, and there are seven main chakras in your body. The base chakra can be found at the bottom of your spine and represents our basic, primitive needs for food, shelter, safety and security.
(If you want to feel a spinning chakra, rub your palms together quickly for about 20 seconds. You will feel a subtle tingling in your palms when you have speeded up the minor chakras in your palms.)
The woman passenger will eat anything she can get in any quantity, never questioning the effect on her struggling body. All her actions are based on the needs of “me, myself and I”, and the thought of considering others will not even cross her mind.
How can she move to a higher chakra? The next, sacral chakra is seated just below the navel. This chakra represents “me and my tribe”. When she becomes aware of being part of a bigger world, she will protect her children or protégés and share food and shelter with those people that are close to her. This is still along way from making the world a better place, but hey, one step at a time.
Until she feels secure in herself, this is the business class passenger who will demand extra services and attention for free, not because she cannot afford to pay, but because there is no space for anyone else in her world.

For example, you receive a vibration from the quantum vacuum that wants you to add structure to a particular aspect of your life where you interact with other people – like regulating the times when you are available to customers. Then you turn that vibration into a thought – like providing specific opening times for your shop. The next step is to add a filter – maybe one that says “yes, this is the ideal, but we would not really expect people to go shopping for wool on a Sunday morning, and people are normally not too bothered if we don’t open the shop exactly on time every day, and anyway, who is the boss here? I will do as I please, because I am now in charge of my own shop”. Then you turn the adapted thought into action – where you advertise a set of opening hours, but you have no intention to keep those hours. If you are then challenged about saying one thing and doing another thing, the person who challenges you is obviously wrong, because they added filters to their expectations that are different from your own filters. This is not how you attract wealth.
When you say what you do and then do what you say, there is congruence in your actions. People know what to expect of you and that gives them a good feeling. Your own life also becomes easier, because it takes a lot of energy to maintain all those filters that you add to your original thoughts.
Does this mean we must always have pure thoughts that result in pure actions? Hardly. Part of the purpose of our existence here is to become aware of these filters one by one, and consciously decide to no longer apply the filters.
I would not expect that shop to master the science of getting rich. When they do close down, the owners will place the responsibility for their failure on everything from the prime minister to their less than understanding neighbours. The reality is that we all create our own actions and therefore we need to be aware of what happens in our heads all the time. The prime minister does not know any of my thoughts, and therefore cannot be held responsible for my choice of knitting needle – thank goodness for that!

I enjoy knitting and am always looking for a good wool shop where the shop assistants know the difference between a cable needle and a bamboo needle – and where I can find challenging knitting patterns.
I recently surfed the internet and discovered such a shop in a village called Farnborough, near the village where I live. I drove there immediately, as excited as a child going to a toy shop before Christmas. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that the opening times on the website were wrong, and the shop was closed for the day.
The next day I phoned the shop about seven times, because I wanted to confirm that they had the item I was looking for before driving all the way there again. No answer. So I left a message on their website, saying that they should improve on these things.
I have since been back to the shop – their range of items is not the greatest, but they are conveniently nearby.
A few weeks ago I went to the same shop and ordered three items which they did not have in stock. The owner assured me that they would order the items and phone me the next week to confirm delivery at their shop. Guess what? They did not call me as promised. And I had to call about five times again before they actually answered the phone – still no sign of an answering service, which they can get for a few quid a month.
When I went to the store to collect the items, the shop owner was not very keen to serve me. She told me that she had recognised my name on the order and I was the one who dared to leave a comment on their website. She really gave me the evil eye and told me that she had shown my comment to five people, and they all agreed with her that it was unfair of me to expect them to have accurate information on their website and answer their phone, especially since their shop was new. She really gave me an earful – talk about a positive attitude!
I was astonished at this, but did manage to ask her whether she had done anything about the issues that I raised on their website. I got the evil eye again. I will probably get an answer when I go to the shop again – and you can guess when that will be. And they no longer have the facility to add comments to their websites – I wonder why?
This reminded me of the universal law: “say what you do and do what you say”. There is a creative process that we use hundreds of times every day. We receive a vibration from the quantum vacuum. We turn that vibration into a thought, and then add our own filters to the thought. Then we put the thought into action. The less filters we add to the thought, the easier the energy flows, and the less time we spend unravelling the consequences of our actions.
To be continued.

Yes, I have gone quiet, and for a very good reason. Many things are happening in the background and keeping me very busy. I will be very active with a few massive surprises after 23 November 2010, so keep an eye out for new announcements.
I have wondered why nobody ever comments on my blogs, and discovered the reason! There is an inbuilt spam filter on my website, and for some weird reason it decides that about 95% of the comments people send are not relevant. Lesson learnt – Elsabe will now check that filter often and respond to what people write. Please feel free to also respond if you want to.
Someone asked if you could follow me on Facebook. Yes, you can, if you prefer that. My page is The Intuition Coach (where I do these blog postings as well), and you can read my daily tweets on my personal page (just search for my name).
A few people wanted to know where I get my inspiration from for these articles. My inspiration comes from my own life, things people around me say and do, and of course often from my spirit guides and guardian angels. I have been receiving clairvoyant information from them for years, and noticed the consistency in what they convey to me. Initially I did not quite believe what they told me because of my own blinkered thinking, but when you hear the same thing over and over, it starts to make sense and I started to ask more questions. This led me to reading about all sorts of things and finding the practical applications in my own life. This does not mean my life is perfect – if it was, I would never experience conflict or insecurity or anger or any of the other stuff that makes us all human. In fact, I was just this morning thinking how much I like to argue with my one brother – because we always come from opposite positions, we listen to each other and we are both willing to learn, even if it means bumping heads occasionally. I do believe that my life is perfect for its purpose, namely to find and convey the truth to people.
People have asked about my publications. There are a few books already on the market, and two VERY exciting books about quantum healing and relationships in the pipeline. Have a look at the short stories and non-fiction sections of http://www.ebooksforpleasure.com/ for the books that are already on the market. Let me know if you are interested in hard copies of the books by leaving a comment or sending me an email.
Some people asked about subscribing to the RSS feed on the blog. If you look at the top right hand side of the website, you will see the words “Subscribe in a Reader”. If you click on the words, you will be taken to another screen:
Click on the down arrow next to the words “Live Bookmarks” and choose the service that you want to deliver an alert when I update the blog.
I also discovered questions about the technicalities of reading my blog on Iphone, Opera and Macbook. At the moment I do not have the answers to these questions, but I have added them to my list of things to enquire about. I love the technical stuff, but for now my focus is on getting a huge amount of information out into the world within a short space of time. I can tell you that I use a Wordpress template, and suggest that you ask your service providers for assistance on the display side. If Facebook displays easier, then my fan page (The Intuition Coach) may be your solution for now.
When I return from my hiatus (which will in fact be a visit to South Africa to meet my new granddaughter and do loads of more hard work), you can expect information that will rock the world – seriously. I have been channelling much information recently, and I have spent my time thinking about things and asking loads of questions. As you know already, the stuff I bring to you is not necessarily mainstream thinking, and I would not want to just believe everything and make my name toffee in the world. I want to fully understand and believe in what I receive and be able to explain and apply what I write to help people live better lives.
In the meantime, if you have specific relationship issues, get ready to receive some mind-blowing information about the purpose of relationships, and how to finally end a controlling, abusive, codependent or otherwise bad relationship.
Two: A marriage certificate is a legal contract, not a death sentence. The contract is not a guarantee against change. The contract only spells out what the initial agreement was, and in some instances it also documents the agreement on a potential outcome. The contract does not say that you will die if you are in breach. Experience says that you may die from ill health if you insist on never ending the contract and clinging to it at all costs. It’s your call.
Three: There are two people in a marriage. They either grow together, or they grow apart. That is life. When you allow a whole community or society into the marriage, then nobody grows, except in terms of the amount of fear of change that they gather and share.
Every relationship has a natural life cycle. That includes a marriage. If people manage to let go of their fantasies and accept what comes natural, the end of a marriage will be accepted as a wonderful growth experience.
What we have instead is often a prolonged nightmare that is dictated to society by people who either vowed never to marry but made the rules, or who spend lots of energy upholding their own fantasy in the eyes of the world.
Here endeth the sermon.
Now get yourself a coach who understands that divorce is both the end of the world as you know it, and also a tremendous opportunity for growth. Then find your own balance in your thinking, and get an amicable divorce where everyone can congratulate themselves on being better off emotionally and spiritually as a result of the divorce. Then get on with your life.
Or stay married and find yourself a good doctor who will help you camouflage all the symptoms of your distress, and spend all your energy on maintaining a fantasy in the eyes of the world, while you are deeply unhappy.
There is no reason to become a victim when your marriage ends.
I know which approach works – been there, done that, and lived to express my deep gratitude for the experience. I also learned how to cut the process of making sense out of the experience from 10 years to a few hours. It can be done because it is a scientific process that can be repeated at will.

Picture this: Sicily 1965. (If you are giggling about this, you remember Sophia and you probably have grey hair!)
A couple has been married for 20 years. They have teenage children. He is the breadwinner – and he has done so well that his family now prefers cake to bread. She is the home-maker – and she prefers to not leave home, in case a flower arrangement or a recipe needs urgent attention. The picture of perfection. Or is it?
Here is another picture: he started his career at a high, being the best student, then the best intern, then the heart and soul of the party and a social asset to the company – but not quite living up to professional expectations. She was the strong support in the background, and quietly worked her way out of the kitchen and onto the bench in the courtroom. They have a “pigeon pair” son and daughter who are also achievers in their own right. Everything is all right – or is it?
In both instances the cracks in the marriage are there to see for everyone – except for the main players.
Too often couples achieve their “picture of perfection” and are then trapped into maintaining their circumstances at all costs while they grow miles apart. And oh boy, do they pay – and pay.
Any change they are willing to accept must be external, as in a bigger house, a better car, more exotic holidays. The marriage must remain intact, “until death us do part” – because that is the norm.
What are the consequences? The marriage becomes artificial. The participants become physically ill, because they resist change in their spirit, mind and body.
Here are some tips on how to deal with the situation.
One: change happens all the time. Resist it at your peril, or ride the wave and grow from it.

I was dealing with a client who is going through a marital crisis after about 20 years of marriage. A big part of the crisis is that she had lost her own identity to the extent that she is no longer anyone other than Mrs Husband. She did this because she believed it was the right, good Christian thing to do. The church will have a lot to account for on doomsday!
That made me question the practise of women taking on the surname of the husband upon marriage.
The kabala teaches that every sound, and therefore every letter used in your name and surname, carries its own meaning and destiny. When you change your name or surname, you in effect change your destiny.
Long before I discovered this, I got divorced and took back my maiden name. At the time I was regarded as a rebel (so nothing new there) and out to break tradition. There were people who told me that changing my surname would not make any difference to me, but it did. When I had my new identity documents showing my own surname, I did feel a sense of freedom and newness.
Have a look at this website – I was astonished to discover that in many countries women in fact did not change their surnames upon marriage and were not expected to.
This is just one of the things where we believe there is only one way to do things, and that is the way we are told to do by self-appointed authority figures. I have taken another step out of ignorance.

I sometimes get requests from people to help them move to the UK, because they are so unhappy where there are, for various reasons. For example, a man does not like his job in Jordan and sends his CV to me so that I can find him a job in England. Or a woman does not like the cultural constraints on her behaviour and actions in Egypt and wants me to help her find an English boyfriend. Or a man in South Africa hears how happy his friends are in England, and decides to move after them and share their happiness.
The one thing that these people have in common is that they want other people to make them happy. They do not know yet that happiness comes from inside, and not from other people.
To put it another way, they feel trapped in their situation and want to escape at all costs to the land of milk and honey, wherever and whoever that is.
Guess what? These are the immigrants who find fault with everything in their adopted country. They cannot find what they came looking for, and go back to their homeland, even more disillusioned than when they arrived in their adopted country.
This happens when someone does not understand one of the basic laws of nature, namely that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. They live in a bubble of unhappiness and they do not even notice the positive aspects of their situation.
Every situation, no matter how “bad” it is, has two sides. And we have two options in terms of how to deal with the situation. We can focus entirely on the downside, and find lots of evidence that we are right. Or we can deliberately search for the upside of the situation – because it is there if we care to look for it.
For example, to escape from an unpleasant job my friend has developed a hobby that he can make money from. That will combine his passion with his economic need. He can practice that hobby in Jordan or in England.
The lady could find an English boyfriend and be at his beck and call, so that she can survive in England. How does that differ from being at the beck and call of a man in her own country based on her own culture? She already has many means of coping with her current situation but does not recognize them, because she is looking for a solution from someone else.
And the South Africans who want to come to England in search of happiness? Until they have resolved their emotional issues about their own country, they will not be happy anywhere else in the world.
If you are unhappy where you are right now, look for the exact opposite of what causes your unhappiness. When you find it, a chemical reaction will take place in your body, and you will change permanently – for the better.
