Seeing is believing, they say.

But what if it is the other way round?

What if you first need to believe, so that the thought can take shape from your unconscious, so that you can then see what you created because you believed?

Why is it that we love taking credit for the things that go well, but we always search for someone to blame when things do not go well?

It takes a certain level of emotional maturity to understand that we create and contribute to both the ”good” and the ”bad” in our lives.

What do you do when you get a bright idea or brainwave?

How about this: Write the idea down immediately. Then watch what happens.

You could do either of two things. You could start thinking of ways to turn that idea into action. Keep riding that wave until you see the result of your thought.

Of course you could also start working on your alibi – your reasons for doing nothing about the idea. Write those reasons down as well. Then ask yourself two questions. First – where I have an obstacle or objection, how can I prove myself wrong? What is the opposite of that alibi I am so good at creating?

Second – what would happen if I don’t follow this bright idea to the conclusion? What will I lose?

When you have the answers to these two questions, ride the wave to the end and love it!

It is amazing how your excuses evaporate when you ask those two questions.

Daydreaming means that you consciously go into another dimension and create a pleasant experience.

Having nightmares means that you go to the same dimension at night and recall the unpleasant experiences you fear when you are awake.

Only you have control over your thoughts. Be careful which thoughts you give priority to.

Are you able to still your thoughts?

Once you can master your thoughts, creativity will flow into your brain. Listen to your creativity.

That is the way to think and grow rich.

Have you ever wondered why a bride always wears a white dress?

Especially when not many women look good in white, and white was traditionally a colour of mourning?

In biblical times women got married in a blue dress, symbolizing purity.

In 1499 Anne of Brittany wore a white dress for her marriage to Louis XII of France. She must have had her own reasons for attending her wedding dressed as a mourner.

Was that the beginning of the end for marriage?

This is one of many traditions where we follow without questioning.

What do you do without asking whether it is right for you?

Is there a person in your life that you do not like, for no valid reason?

Do you feel guilty about that?

Guilt is a wasted emotion. Rather find out exactly what in or about that person you do not like.

That is the part of yourself that you need to learn to love.

It is not easy, but it is possible and you can do it.

Do you know a child who has an imaginary friend?

What if that friend is real? What if that friend is a little spirit that you cannot see, because you stopped looking with the eyes of a child?

Children have these imaginary friends before we teach them to tell little white lies which lead to bigger lies, for which we punish them.
